
Start saving your aluminum cans OBE! On October 1st, we're launching our Million (Aluminum) Cans Recycling Contest. We're one of only a handful of schools in the state of Florida participating. Every can helps support our school and helps the Earth. Rinse, crunch, and collect. We can't wait to see what our students can do!


Introducing a new club at OBE! We will be having an interest meeting on September 30th. The first meeting will be on October 28th and future meetings will be planned for the 4th Tuesday of the month after that. We are also looking for parent volunteers to join us. Volunteer must have a volunteer application on file. Permission slips and sign-outs went home last week. If you missed yours, please reach out to your child's teacher. Starting Monday, August 25th, all cars must display the tag for pickup. Without it, you’ll need to park and show ID in the front office.

The Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST) and STAR Assessments are progress monitoring tests administered three times per year to track your student’s progress in learning the Benchmarks of Excellent Student Thinking (B.E.S.T.) Standards throughout this school year.
